This appeal arises from a suit by Escal-era Ranch Owners’ Association, Inc. to enforce its restrictive covenants. Dr. Saung Zin Park appeals from the trial court’s final judgment awarding injunctive relief to the Association, awarding the Association attorneys’ fees, and dismissing Park’s claims against Rostrata Builders, Inc. with prejudice.
