Plaintiff appeals from motions by defendants City of Detroit and Steven A. Gross-man for accelerated judgment granted under GCR 1963, 116.1(5) in Wayne County Circuit Court, George T. Martin presiding. Defendants Grossman and City of Detroit made these motions based on statute of limitations considerations. The motion on behalf of defendant Grossman was based upon provisions of the probate code which preclude bringing claims beyond three months from the date an estate is closed.
