On December 31st, 1901, William L. Harshman and wife, in consideration of the sum of two hundred and forty-four dollars, executed and delivered to William O. Funk a deed for a lot or parcel of ground situated in Smoketown, Washington County, Maryland. Harshman was in possession of the property at the time the deed was made, and remained in possession until the 7th day of April, 1904, when he moved with Ms family to another property in that county for the purpose of taking care of the appellant’s mother, who was old and infirm.
