On September 5, 2014, protestor, Bannum, Inc. (Bannum), filed a post-award bid protest in this court challenging the United States Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons’ (BOP’s) award of a contract for the provision of Residential Re-Entry Center (RRC) Services in Fayetteville, North Carolina to The Alston Wilkes Society (AWS) under Request for Proposals 200-1162-MA (the RFP or solicitation).
