This matter is before the Court on a motion by Daikon Shield Claimant Kathryn M. Besag, et al., for an interpretation of various portion of the Reorganization and the Claims Resolution Facility under which the A.H. Robins bankruptcy is being managed. Mov-ants ask several questions requiring this Court to interpret portions of: (1) the Debt- or’s Sixth Amended and Restated Plan of Reorganization (“Plan”), March 28, 1988, confirmed by In re A.H.
