Currently before the Court in this patent infringement action are the following three motions: (1) Defendant Google’s motion to dismiss the claims and cross-claims against it for lack of standing under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1); (2) Defendant Grandeye’s motion to amend its Amended Answer, Counter-Claims and Cross-Claims pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a)(2); and (3) Plaintiffs, Defendant Google and Defendant Minds-Eye-View’s motion to voluntarily dismiss this action under Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(2).
