A. L. Roberts, hereinafter called the plaintiff, was injured while a passenger standing upon the running board of a trailer car of the Virginia. Railway and Power Com*534pany,'by reason of a collision with the wheel or rear end of a wagon of the Standard Oil Go. (N. J.), hereinafter called the defendant. There was a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff, and the defendant alleges certain reversible errors occurring at the trial.
The negligence upon which the plaintiff relies grows out of the allegation that the horse and vehicle were left standing in the street in violation of a city…
