Plaintiff Freight Terminals, Inc. brought this action in the Superior Court of Cobb County against defendant The Solid Rock Baptist Church, Inc., seeking recovery of damages for breach of contract and fraud. Plaintiff also sought recovery of damages from six named individual defendants alleging wrongful interference with its contract rights with defendant church, but this claim has been dismissed.
