Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Columbia County (Czajka, J.), entered July 3, 2003, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s children to be neglected.

Respondent is the mother of the two boys—ages 14 and 8 at the time of the incident—who are the subject of this neglect proceeding.
