This case came before the Court on January 12, 1994, for trial on the administrator’s petition seeking the direction of the court with respect to the administration of the decedent’s estate. The large amount of federal estate tax and inheritance tax exceeds the provisions made for their payment by the testator which has raised most of the questions which the administrator now seeks to resolve.
