Affirming.
Bettie A. May died March 2, 1948, at the age of 83 years. Her will, dated September 24, 1947, was probated in tbe Pulaski County Court. Tbe husband of the testatrix died in 1909, and she never remarried. One child was born to this union, a girl, but she died in infancy in 1888. At the time the will was executed the heirs of Bettie May were Nettie Price, a niece, Rosa Mc-Griff, a niece, Rosa Tucker, a great-niece, and Raymond Hargis, a great-nephew.
