WALTERS, Chief Judge.
Fred Ruybal was found guilty by jury verdict of the offense of delivery of amphetamines, a controlled substance. He appeals, asserting that several errors occurred during his trial which require reversal of the conviction. We affirm.
This appeal raises the following issues: Did the trial court err by not inquiring whether Ruybal was provided a list of prospective jurors sufficiently in advance of trial to dispute the composition of the jury panel under the Uniform Jury Selection and Service Act?
