This is an application for letters of guardianship. Joshua Eriesner is the applicant, and the subject of his application is a female child, less than nine months old, born of the body of his daughter Celia. The child was born on the 17th day of November, 1889, and its mother died on the 30th day of the same month. The child is now, and has been since the death of its-mother, in the custody of the applicant. The application is resisted by Morris Symonds.
