This matter came on to be heard on return of an order of notice to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue restrainirig and enjoining the respondents, Mary E. Milligan and Agnes Neaf-sey, from proceeding further with the ejectment proceedings brought in the Lawrence District Court of Massachusetts against George W. Pierce, tenant of the housing accommodations at 220 Carleton Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts; and to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue restraining Walter A.
