—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review the determinations of the Mayor of the City of Yonkers on January 29, 1992, and May 15, 1992, respectfully, abolishing the positions held by the petitioner causing his displacement to another position, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), entered January 25,1993, which dismissed the proceeding as time-barred.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
