— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the respondent, made following a hearing pursuant to section 74 of the Retirement and Social Security Law, which denied petitioner’s application for accidental disability retirement. In October of 1975, the petitioner was employed by the Hoch Psychiatric Center in Brentwood, New York, as a mental hygiene therapy aide.
