DAVISON, Justice.

By this suit, the plaintiffs, Ray A. Tower and numerous other owners of lots in an addition to Tulsa, Oklahoma, seek to perpetually enjoin the defendants, Mudd Realty Company, a corporation, and Vernon L. Mudd, from constructing the necessary facilities for, and from opening and operating an automobile parking lpt on a certain tract or parcel of land in said addition. The parties will be referred to as-they appeared in the trial court.
