Presently before the court are motions for the determination of priorities, pursuant to which the parties have submitted a certain issue for ruling, and various petitions for attorneys’ fees submitted by counsel for the debtor-debtor-in-possession (“Loop”).

The first question for determination is whether Joyce and Kubasiak (“J & K”), attorneys for the debtor and an asserted secured creditor herein are entitled by virtue of an assignment of the beneficial interest in a certain land trust to priority over certain other creditors who claim…
