This cause is before the court on the motions of plaintiffs Eileen White, Kevin Chatman, Henry Johnson, Pearl Johnson and Rease Porter to remand this cause to state court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447, for leave to amend their complaint pursuant to Rule 15 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and to dismiss defendants’ counterclaim.
