In April 2011, the United States filed a judgment lien against the property at 294 Maplewood Road, Riverside, Illinois (call it the "Riverside property"). Exh. 42, Abstract of Judgment. The title owner of the property is Jingqiu Lerch (Jingqiu). The lien was a result of a judgment against William Lerch (William), Jingqiu's husband, who has since passed away.
