Ms. Pinder filed this wrongful death action under the Death on the High Seas Act, 46 U.S.C. § 30302 (“DOHSA”), 1 alleg ing that Mr. Moscetti’s negligence caused the boat accident that ultimately killed her husband. Ms. Pinder also sued Nautae, the Florida corporation that owned Mr. Moscetti’s boat.
