PRENTICE, Justice.

Defendant (Appellant) was charged with the Commission of a Felony (Robbery) While Armed in violation of Ind.Code § 35-12-1-1 (Burns 1975). Following a trial by jury he was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for thirty years.
