STEWART, Presiding Judge.

This is an action for damages for alleged malpractice of the defendant hospital in treating plaintiff’s injuries suffered in an automobile accident. The trial court entered judgment in favor of defendant in response to defendant’s motion for summary judgment. We reverse and remand.

The issues are whether (1) the court abused its discretion in setting aside a default judgment in favor of plaintiff and if not, (2) whether the consent judgment entered in favor of plaintiff against the operators of the vehicles involved in the automobile accident is a bar to the present…
