ENSLEN, District Judge.

After a three and one-half year legal struggle, this case is finally ready for resolution. It began on June 26, 1998, when Plaintiffs, an organization named Communities for Equity and two mothers of female student-athletes suing on behalf of their minor daughters, filed a class action lawsuit alleging that the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA), MHSAA’s executive director, and members of the MHSAA…
