Auguste F. Delpit, “acting in his own behalf and as natural guardian of George Augustin Delpit, his minor son,” and George Augustin Delpit, “suing for himself,” allege that George Augustin Delpit, then twenty years old, was married in this city, September 28th, 1897, without his father’s knowledge or consent, to Lizzie Young, the defendant, and that said marriage was, and is, null and void for the reasons: 1.
