This matter involves review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision to grant the hearing loss claim petition filed by Robert E. King (King) against Cromp-ton Corporation (Crompton).
