The respondent asked and obtained leave from the district court of Wasatch County, Utah, to file an information and •bring an action in the nature of quo warranto to test the validity of the organization of what is known as the “Wasatch High School District,” in said Wasatch County, and *329also to test tbe right of the several .appellants to. act as the. trustees of the said high school district.
