—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Ponterio, J.), dated May 10, 2002, which granted the motion of the defendant Marilyn M. Torino for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
