Appellants, George A. Bush and C. G. Loube, by this appeal seek to reverse the decree of the lower court, which awarded to appellees, Mrs. George Shankle and James Fagan Bourland III, possession of the 'first floor of a building in the business district of Fort Smith owned by appellees, and directed appellants to surrender the possession of that portion of said building which they were occupying as subtenants of Harold J. Ross.
