MEMORANDUM OPINION

A. BENJAMIN GOLDGAR, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court for ruling on the emergency motion of Jamil Moore, Ron Gryzwinski, and Mary Hough-ton (“the movants”) to direct the U.S. Trustee to reconstitute the unsecured creditors committee or alternatively for other relief. For the following reasons, the motion will be denied.
