MEMORANDUM — DECISION & ORDER

Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) of this Court’s September 14, 2000 Memorandum-Decision & Order, Cipolla v. County of Rensselaer, 113 F.Supp.2d 305 (N.D.N.Y.2000). Defendants argue that the motion for reconsideration is untimely because it was filed more than ten (10) days after entry of judgment in violation of Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) and Local Rule 7.1(g).
