In this proceeding E. E. Cbeadle, a member of tbe bar of this state, and some time district judge, as relator, obtained a writ of certiorari directed to the district court of the tenth judicial district and to Honorable Edgar J. Baker, one of its judges, to annul the action of the court in finding relator guilty of contempt and imposing upon him a fine of $25.
