DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal from the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a trial to the bench, granted appellees, Mark and Derek Grieselding, judgment against appellant, Kevin Krischak, d.b.a. Krischak Marine Auto Collision, in the amount of $ 1,612.02, plus statutory interest from the date of judgment, and attorney fees in the amount of $ 9,020. For the reasons that follow, we affirm, in part, and reverse, in part, the decision of the trial court.
