Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Posner, J.), rendered September 15, 1982, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and criminal use of a firearm in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

The issues raised by defendant concerning his plea of guilty were not presented to the court of first instance in a motion to withdraw the plea or by way of a motion to vacate the judgment.
