Mr. Justice Dávila

delivered the opinion of the Court.

The trial judge decided that plaintiff was the daughter of Arturo E. Valdejully, predecessor of defendants, but it *99dismissed the complaint of filiation. It grounded its judgment on that the action having been predicated on subdivision 2 of § 125 of the Civil Code,1 31 L.P.R.A. § 504, the evidence presented concerning the uninterrupted possession of the status of a natural child did not merit credence.
