Following a jury trial, Damion Horne was convicted of aggravatedbattery(OCGA § 16-5-24 (a)), aggravated assault (OCGA § 16-5-21 (a) (2) (2008)), false imprisonment (OCGA § 16-5-41 (a)), and battery (OCGA § 16-5-23.1 (a)). Horne appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial, contending that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
