On April 20, 1987 at a construction site located on Loudon Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County, five persons were injured. A large commercial building was under construction. An accident occurred during the erection of the two-story building’s steel frame. The building and land were owned by three individuals, an estate, and a partnership which will be collectively referred to as Walfred Associates (Walfred).
