Plaintiff, Hospital Purchasing Service of Michigan, a nonprofit corporation organized to make more efficient the purchasing of supplies for its member hospitals in order to reduce the cost of hospital care, brings this action to recover real and personal property taxes paid under protest to the defendant city of Hastings.
