JUDGMENT AWARDING ATTORNEY’S FEES

This cause came before this court on plaintiffs motion for attorney’s fees based on Fla. Stat § 501.2105 (The Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act).

FACTS

The plaintiff rented an automobile from the defendant in West Palm Beach and then was driven to Key West. The evidence before the court was that the plaintiff was told by the defendant that she would not be *124responsible for a “drop charge.”1 When the plaintiff arrived in Key West she three times attempted to return the vehicle to the Value Rent A Car lot…
