This action arises from a collision that occurred on August 25, 1977 on Schley Avenue iri Bronx County. Traffic was permitted to flow on Schley Avenue in a northerly and southerly direction. Plaintiff Denise Cornier was a passenger on a motorcycle driven by defendant James Spagna in a northerly direction. The motorcycle came into contact with an automobile driven by defendant Mack Davis in a southerly direction. Davis had been double-parked immediately prior to the occurrence.
