This is an appeal by George E. Goodin, purchaser at a master’s sale under a decree of foreclosure, from an order and decree of the circuit court of Pike county vacating and setting aside said sale and ordering a re-sale of the lands described in the mortgage in separate tracts.

On July 20, 1910, Palmedus D. Roberts, his wife, Lucy Roberts, joining him, executed a certain mortgage on the farm on which they then resided, consisting of about one hundred acres, valued at about $7000, to Strauss & Bro. to secure their certain note for the principal sum of $4250, due in three years after date.
