—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Joan Sudolnik, J.), rendered July 12, 1989, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him as a predicate felony offender to an indeterminate prison term of from IV2 to 15 years, to run consecutively with a sentence of from 6 to 12 years, which he received on the same date for his conviction after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, unanimously affirmed.
