Claimant, the widow of Donald L. Williams, filed an application for adjustment of her claim under the Workers’ Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat.1981, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.), seeking to recover benefits for her husband’s death resulting from a fire at work. An arbitrator found that there was a causal connection between decedent’s work-related activity in fighting the fire and his subsequent heart attack and death, and awarded death benefits.
