This is an action of tort in which the plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries received by him as the result of the negligent operation of a motor vehicle owned by the defendant and operated by one of its employees. The plaintiff was a passenger in another motor vehicle when it collided with that of the defendant. The answer is a general denial, contributory negligence and lack of due care on the part of the plaintiff.
