OPINION and ORDER

The issue in this condemnation case is the amount of compensation to be awarded the Eastmans for their land located near the Lost Creek reservoir on the upper Rogue River. The property is about 35 miles northeast of Medford. It consists of 225 acres with a generally south to north downward slope, lying south of the Rogue River a distance of approximately Vfe to one mile.
