The first question argued by appellant is the right of appellant to receive compensation for the performance of duties outside of the office of president, treasurer or director.
It is well settled law that an officer of a corporation is not entitled to compensation for the performance of the ordinary duties of his office, in the absence of a prior authorization by the board of directors.
