This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Montgomery county, overruling a *607motion made by the plaintiff to require the clerk of the court to enter satisfaction of a certain judgment which the defendant, Juliet A. Jones, had obtained against the plaintiff. The motion was in writing and was in the following language: “Now comes the plaintiff and states to the court that, on the sixth day of December, 1890, a judgment was rendered in this court in favor of the defendant, Juliet A.
