FOR THE COURT:

¶ 1. In this appeal, we must decide whether the Circuit Court of Lowndes County erred in dismissing Earnest White’s motion for postconviction relief (PCR).

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. In October 2011, a grand jury indicted White on one count of manufacture of methamphetamine in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-139 (Supp. 2016).
