Mason, Judge :
This is an action to recover damages from a railway company for personal injuries. The accident which caused the injuries occurred on the 28th day of March, 1908, in the city *491of Charleston. There was a trial of the case in 1911, npon which the trial court, on motion of the defendant, excluded the evidence of the plaintiff and directed a verdict for the defendant, and entered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff brought the case to this court on writ of error. The judgment of the circuit court was reversed and a new trial awarded. Stuck v. K. & M. Railway Co., 88 S. E. 105.…
