Relator seeks review in this Court of the district court's judgment denying his motion to quash the grand jury indictment against him for aggravated rape in violation of La.R.S. 14:42(A)(4). The charge involves a sexual assault of a child under the age of 12 years allegedly committed by relator in 1996 when he was 14 years old.
